"I called for an auto insurance policy for myself and my husband. She clarified questions I had about the types of insurance and reasons I might need it and how much would be best. It was an incredibly busy day for me. I wasn’t certain when I could come in. She guided me through the application on the phone I was able to complete all the paperwork from home.
